PROOF OF INSURANCE

 

 

Campbell Farm requires evidence of insurance to be sent in before your group arrives.  The users of the property under this agreement shall fully insure itself, it’s officers, employees, directors & agents with the following coverage forms, limits and policy endorsements:

Comprehensive general liability insurance with a combined single limit for personal injury and property damage of no less than $500,000 per occurrence, providing coverage for its use and occupancy of premises.

  1. Name as an additional insured, the Presbytery of Central Washington, The Campbell Farm, 2527 Campbell Road, Wapato, WA  98951.
  2. Provide that the policy is primary insurance to any other insurance available to the additional insured with respect to claims arising out of this agreement and that the insurance applies separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought.
  3. Provide that the Presbytery of Central Washington, The Campbell Farm shall be given 30 days advanced written notice to the cancellation, non-renewal or reduction of coverage.

 

A certification of Insurance evidencing all coverage & endorsements set forth above shall be sent to  The Campbell Farm.

MEDICAL INFORMATION

 

The medical form needs to be copied then filled out by each person attending Summer Stewardship and Service Program at The Campbell Farm.  This will be of great help in case of an emergency.  You do not need to send these in, please, remember to bring them with you and turn them into the office.  Thank you!

 

EQUIPMENT AND DONATIONS

 

We will be working on projects during the week at Campbell farm and throughout the community.  Some groups are able to bring additional funds to help with purchasing supplies for certain projects that they may know they will be doing ahead of time, i.e. paint, construction materials.  Please, talk with the directors about your work desires.

 

The following items would be helpful for you to bring:

Different sizes of Water Base Paint Brushes- Paint Sticks, Cloth & Rubber Work, Gloves, Work/Pint Clothes, Scrub Rags & Buckets, Medium & Coarse Sandpaper, A Positive Attitude-  With A Desire to Learn and To Serve All of God’s People in Love.

 

 Donations are also greatly welcomed towards the on-going expenses of the farm.
