This will be our schedule, however, we request that groups be flexible to allow for unexpected surprises!
If a group would like to make some changes or additions we will be willing to work with your needs.
We will try to offer a diversity of experiences throughout the week.
There is a small charge for some of the recreational activities. We strongly encourage you to plan for these: The Heritage Cultural Center is $3:00 per person, .50 for swimming per person for the week, pocket change for snacks/souvenirs outside of the camp. $10 per person to float the Yakima River.
On days that we go to Boulder Cave (in the Cascade Mountains) or float the Yakima River (through the Ellensburg Canyon) we would have to leave directly from the work site at 2pm and have a late dinner.
It is part of the educational learning process that our groups do chores on the farm and help with some of the farm projects. It is essential that they help with clean-up especially at the end of the week since the farm has no funds to hire cleaning staff. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
TCF T-Shirts are also available for $10 a shirt. This is a great way to support the farm and to help identify members of the group at mission sites.
We now offer a SERRV Shop with souvenirs from around the world. SERRV is a fair trade organization that insures a fair price to artisans. Items in our shop range from $2 - $14.
