German Shepherds
Deep in the heart of the Yakima Valley in the beautiful state of Washington is the home of BAHR-S Shepherds. I am a breeder of quality AKC German Shepherds specializing in whites but not limited.
The White German Shepherd has the same quality and characteristics as her colored counterpart except the beautiful white or buff coat. The contrast of a black nose, eyes, mouth, and dark pads has a pleasing look to the eye. These dogs are not albinos. The dark pigment and quality breeding offsets them from being such. |
As a hobby breeder my focus is to provide sound body and mind in our dogs and puppies. Our dogs have been used in the work field as companions with families and in the show ring. We are involved in the WGS Genetic group to strengthen our knowledge, our dogs, and our commitment to a better breed.
I always hip and elbow x-ray my dogs before they are bred to help
ensure less chance for dysplasia. We join in studies with universities to improve the breed. My dogs are well cared for and are well mannered which makes them a pleasure to be around. I always do my best to provide hardy, healthy, and happy puppies. My goal is to promote and better this wonderful breed, and I always try to produce better puppies than the parents. The German shepherd dog has a valiant and worthy past, and I hope to continue this heritage.
Stud service is also available to approved bitches only. Occasionally I will have an older dog available.
